The Account Manager position is an active outside sales/business development role within the MISource organization. As an Account Manager, you will network and build relationships with decision-makers, seeking to develop long term partnerships to provide staffing and recruiting service to business. Account Managers will spend their workday networking with professionals, searching for prospects, cold calling decision-makers, engaging prospects in sales meetings, and presenting qualified candidates to our clients’ hiring managers.

Successful Account Managers will achieve the following during their first year:
-Complete the MISource training program, achieving a satisfactory level of competency in recruiting and sales principles
-Establish a personal sales plan to facilitate the achievement of goals and expectations
-Demonstrate a mastery of the our sales process, independently leading effective sales presentations
-Achieve $250,000 in gross profit
-Cold call prospects to continuously build a network of prospects and clients
-Conduct at least 10 meetings per week with prospects and clients
-Work with the Recruiting team to identify at least 10 candidates per week, per recruiter to present to clients for their open positions
-Perform administrative functions necessary to effectively present candidate information to client hiring managers
-Participate in daily accountability meetings, weekly training events, and regular coaching/mentoring sessions
-Develop a Recruiter to be ready for promotion into Account Management
-Attend at least 1 networking event per week
-Achieve a leadership position within a civic or networking organization
-At least 1 year of Communications and/or Telecom staffing experience required

Account Managers are compensated with a competitive base salary, a generous uncapped commission plan, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) retirement savings program, tuition reimbursement, and service awards.
