We were recently presented as a Top Place to Work by Dallas Business Journal. We wanted to share a little insight as to what makes us so special:
No good deed goes unrecognized. We continuously seek and add new ways to recognize employees and we offer aggressive compensation structures to ensure our employees’ contributions are rewarded appropriately, including an uncapped commission structure for our sales and recruiting teams.
We have consciously developed a culture that encourages balance. We provide a minimum of 23 paid days off per year for our newest employees, increasing to up to 33 days per year for our most tenured employees.
We often take time to step out of the office and have a little fun. Some of our favorite team-building events have been paintball, indoor skydiving, go-carts and the annual companywide Olympics on the beach.
